This position has evolved into less of an Admin role to more or a support/analytics role. Looking for someone who can complete the day to day mundane tasks like invoice processing, reporting, etc But also looking for someone who is motivated, and technically savvy to assist with Executive reporting, analyzing data and turning that data into a story. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Gathers requirements, participates in meetings regarding applications development. May perform limited testing. May be responsible for documenting and translating business processes in a clear and concise method by using their knowledge of business process mapping and of the various tools and software that are available. This will be accomplished by focusing on specific client requirements and ultimately interpreting these requirements into an illustration of the overall business process
Excellent PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools. May require a Associate's degree in area of specialty . 1- 3 years of experience working with business customers gathering system requirements. Contractor will be given moderate direction regarding tasks to be performed. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
