Customer Service Representative

Position to start Remotely. May change next year.
Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries. Records details about customer inquiries. Helps resolve complicated customer complaints. Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution. May help train entry level customer service specialists. HS diploma or equivalent. Ability to learn about a variety of products. Ability to comprehend varied research information. Ability to understand service systems and legal compliance regulations.
*Primary responsibilities include functioning as a customer service representative communicating with customers via phone.
*Communicate customer requirements
*Analyze and verify customers’ accounts for low-income eligibility
*Code and update accounts with information received from customers, other departments, or agencies using both SAP and Salesforce
*Includes enrollment in customer programs; identify and refer eligible customers to Company and/or state low-income programs
*Additionally, includes processing of payments, checks, and energy drafts; sorting and batching; account interaction input; data entry; intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM preferred. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good analytical ability. Excellent attendance, punctuality. Ability to adapt well to changes. Ability to integrate, access and process information. Knowledge of Windows helpful. Ability to incorporate constructive feedback. 1-2 year minimum experience. High School diploma or equivalent required.
