Probes, listens, assesses, recommends and sells products and services. Adheres to policies, procedures and audit requirements for processing transactions. Adheres to approvals and security procedures and equipment operation. Controls currency an coin. Effective customer service skills. Effective communication skills. Ability to think critically and determine next logical step applied in procedural problem solving. Working knowledge of financial products and services, ability to learn about firm's products. Proficient math skills, attention to detail, exposure to basic Windows PC.
Requires the ability to take customer COMPLAINT calls (all of our calls are complaints), be trained on using our work management and Customer service systems, and have the ability to log/review notes in our SharePoint sites.
1 year minimum experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Strong customer service background, analytic skills, ability to work under pressure and with a team to get customer issues resolved.
