Job Description

Assembles bicycles on assembly line, performing one or a combination of tasks as described / directed using handtools and portable power tools.
May assemble and package bicycle subassemblies, like shift levers, wheel assemblies, steering components, seats, axles and reflectors.

Minimum skills required:

  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.

Qualifications:

- Mechanically Inclined-

 Previous interest and experience in repairing mechanical assemblies such as lawn equipment, automobiles, bicycles, or general household maintenance.

- Teamwork

Being able to work in a team is an indispensable skill, regardless of the company you're in. Working comfortably in a group improves the efficiency of the team and its ability to solve problems.

-Organization 

- Strong communication Skills – Both verbally and written skills

Rick achieved his advancements via business administration and engineering studies and maintains robust engineering acumen today.
