Job Description

Guarantee the reliability of inventories in the Sequence Center, as well as the monitoring of railway platforms and trucks to be able to supply the parts required by the client on time.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 
Cycle counts and match inventory with our ERP
Audit the cycle count process and give feedback to the Group Leaders
ASN vs. Invoice tracking, make sure information is correct and updated.
Active participation in meetings requested by the customer.
Negotiate with customer the assignment of new broadcast and ensure changes in Insequence when needed, depending on the criticality of the client.
Keep direct communication with railroad companies and rail suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.
Daily demand monitoring, perform the Run Down and make sure we have demand covered.
Manage in an efficient way transportation operation if needed.
Packaging equipment management, including the return and / or repair of damaged equipment, managing surplus or shortage packaging, notifying in advance any potential problem. This activity includes periodically reviewing the number of containers required throughout the system according to customer requirements.
Inventory transfer to the different locations of the warehouse
Update standard procedures and work close with the Group Leaders to audit them and make sure that their people is following standards.
Ensure on time supply of packaging and material handling equipment through an adequate management of transport cycles.
Support quality or engineering requirements when needed.

 

Job Requirements

Supply Chain Certification or associated Degree 
2 years experience in Customer Service 
3 years working in TPS environment 
Experience with QAD Manufacturing Pro, EDI, MDS, MPS, MRP, CRP, SIOP, CRM, and Lean manufacturing tools desired
