Job Description


This position is responsible for presenting Customer Service Representative training programs using recognized training and facilitation techniques and tools in support of classroom and distributed learning activities in a virtual environment. Assists and coaches Customer Service Representatives through call handling transactions. Will coordinate reports, training, assessments, and other duties related to learning. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills that fosters learning and performance. 


They would be working remotely but would need to report to the office a few times a month for meetings/team building. So right now, we are limiting the search to Michigan.


They will go through 8 weeks of remote training, then train their class remote as well.

 This is a six month contract assignment -

Open to  Michigan based trainers as in-office collaboration is necessary. 

Job Requirements

Requires 2-3 years in experience with facilitating and delivering training or classroom instruction. High School Diploma required. Associates degree or Training certification preferred.
